ConnectFusion is an open-source download manager with pretty primative features. Though that doesn't mean they are meaningless, we'd just like to point out that ConnectFusion has unfortunately not been maintained by the developer and hasn't seen updates in years.
It still can manage your downloads and is able to create multiple connections to the server you're downloading from. ConnectFusion can also resume broken downloads, pause and resume.
Not much else to say about this software. It would be nice if it was updated a little more often than once every 7 years.
Compatibility and License
ConnectFusion is provided under a freeware license on Windows from Internet utilities with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 1.0 is the latest version last time we checked.
What version of Windows can ConnectFusion run on?
ConnectFusion can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems with no dedicated 64-bit download provided.
